When I first saw you start popping into the forum I thought, "good, another cynic", but I've seen your commentary deteriorate from general cynicism to pure fatalism, finally to the point of just telling everyone to commit suicide. I don't know if you're projecting because you have something negative going on and this is an outlet for you, or if you were just that cynical (which is perfectly OK, IMHO, if so).

That’s fine. I’d love to engage in more human discussion. I’d love to feel as though it was worth it to take the time to do so. When identical proven falsehoods are spammed every single day, there’s absolutely no justification in taking the time to provide citations and sources (and format them for this website specifically), to articulate arguments, to weigh options, and to expose falsehoods and help people understand how a coverup works and how to look at the world around it, rather than at it.
But why should anyone do that when the same proven lies are allowed to be posted every single day? Why should anyone waste his time when shills demand their lies be disproven every day, and then post them again the next day pretending they’ve never been addressed?

Technically, I agree with everything you just said (assuming the same actors are posting the same stuff every day). My only beef is with making the assumption that everybody who disagrees on a topic is acting in bad faith, or assuming that the "science is settled" on a topic. The whole "you're a shill" stuff has been one of the biggest form sliding activities I've seen over the years. I saw it impact Voat, badly, at times.
Pertaining the stuff you're talking about (flat earth), I personally believe the Earth is a globe in space, but I believe a lot of these "flat earth" videos have serious evidence of a massive deception that is going on (esp pertaining NASA, etc.), and I feel like the FE crowd are the only people paying any attention to that stuff, so I have a hard time with the notion that most of these people are acting in bad faith.
Disclaimer: I don't go to the "new" tab, so it's quite possible I'm missing a lot of the spam you guys are talking about, so the difference between our viewpoints may just be ignorance of certain bad actors on my part.

Fair enough, which is why having a list of repeat offenders is necessary to separate the wheat from the chaff. It’s annoying as fuck, because we shouldn’t have to live like this, but in the endlessly ephemeral nature of the Internet, it’s somewhat necessary.

If they cared about “a massive deception,” they would, instead, talk about said deception rather than:

That actually may be the difference between my viewpoint and all of you guys, part of it is that I just come here on my phone, so I don't ever see the full website experience. I just log in and go to the homepage, which defaults to "hot".
If rumors about 2499 is true, it was a satellite built to intercept and destroy other satellites.
So, it is possible that it even was not Cosmos-2499 that break into pieces. Really we would have some glue if some other satellite will break into pieces suddenly. Meanwhile, NORAD can't really track maneuvering sats, it needs few passes on stable orbit to find out new sat orbit parameters. Who knows, may be we already have space war.
