There are NO simultaneously occurring multiple realities, there are many points of light within ONE reality. This is a ploy contained within modern String Theory to create said multiple universes/realities to divide and confuse.
The meme calling illegal immigrants 'Dreamers' is a part of this manipulation.

A negative experience in a dream is a nightmare.
Dream vs reality becomes a battlefield when the dreamer loses the narrative and chases rainbows he calls 'dreams'.

Most typically, dreams are psychic manifestations of fears and desires in story form. That is to be analyzed and learned from, not followed like a command.
The subconscious is trying to communicate something that the conscious self
has ignored or sublimated.
An idea can 'come in a dream', but it still takes envisioning it and then ACTION to prove it's worth.
A high jumper envisions himself going over the bar or it won't happen. A dream about it won't make it happen, and neither will envisioning it until the action occurs.
