This lady likely feels no remorse for what shes done because she has no clue that she is likely ultimately responsible for her kids death. Yeah she was lied to about how safe these vaccines were, but we all had the same access to the information.
If you didnt research things yourself and rushed out to be a "good person" when society doesnt give two fucks about you, thats on you.

Her kid is dead due to her actions but atleast she posted the few pounds she lost while her kid was dying.
