COMMIT, verb - "to give in trust; to put into the hands or power of another; to entrust"
WITHDRAW, verb - "to take back; to take from"
Who is taking back (withdraw) from those entrusted (commit) with power? Meanwhile in reality...what if the process of dying withdraws from the committee of power living within? Such a dying withdraw of living sounds like a pain (poena) from below (sub) for the vessels on the surface; struggling to stay afloat (living) before drowning (dying).

This comes as a surprise, I was semi-sure Garland was going to take the ball and run with it.
I guess that the committee was a shit-show from top to bottom didn't help, and this is the final straw.
