Have any supporting evidence for this quote being real? Of course you type “Ben Franklin Jews” into google and are met with thousands of articles claiming this to be nazi propaganda.
It's very difficult nowadays to separate the truth from fiction. All it takes is Photoshop, some quotation marks, and a picture of a celebrated historical figure and most people today accept it as fact.
Well said. It's pretty sad to realize we truly live in a 🤡 world.
Hmm, my world emoji gone now... Fucking bastards lol.
I've purchased quite a few older books lately, some history books included, two are from mid 1900s schools. Having print may just be key to trying to save historical information, however I'm not ignorant to the fact that even the older books have bullshit in them.
And Ben Franklin probably wasn't a good guy himself, so I'd take anything from him with a grain of salt...whether he said it or not.
It's kinda like the George Washington quote about secret societies (to which he of course belonged)...if you think secret societies are going to be the downfall of the U.S., maybe think about disassociating yourself from them?
I tried to find the history of this quote and according to wiki.
"The Franklin Prophecy", sometimes called "The Franklin Forgery", is an antisemitic speech falsely attributed to Benjamin Franklin, warning of the supposed dangers of admitting Jews to the nascent United States. The speech was purportedly transcribed by Charles Cotesworth Pinckney during the Constitutional Convention of 1787, but was unknown before its appearance in 1934 in the pages of William Dudley Pelley's Silver Legion pro-Nazi magazine Liberation. No evidence exists for the document's authenticity, and some of Pelley's claims have actively been disproven.[1]
Im actually going to believe this is true. Farther down the wiki it says this.
Franklin was a friend to the Jews of 18th-century America,[2] and contributed toward the building of Philadelphia's first permanent synagogue.[5] The Anti-Defamation League noted that the reference to the civilized world giving Palestine back to the Jews was an anachronism, since the modern Zionist movement did not arise until nearly a century after Franklin's death.[2]
Just skipping through the keyword jews in his memoirs from google books from the 19th century.
Found this interesting quote lol.
To these protests Franklin replied : -
“ My paper on Shavers and Trimmers'' in the last • Gazette ' being generally condemned,I at first imputed it to the want of Taste and Relish for pieces of that Force and Beauty which none but thoroughly -bred Gentlemen can produce. But upon advice of Friends, whose judgement I could depend on, I examined my
self, and to my shame must confess that I found myself to be an uncircumcised Jew , whose Excrescences of Hair, Nails, Flesh, &c . , did burthen and disgrace my Natural Endowments ; but having my Hair and Nails since lopp'd off and shorn,
and my fleshy Excrescences circumcised, I now appear in my wonted Lustre and expect speedy admission among the Levites, which I have already the honor of among the Poets and Natural Philosophers. I have one thing more to say, which is , that I had no real animosity against the person whose advertisement I made the matter of my paper.”
Seems he also loved to compare anti federalist's plight to that of the ancient jew.
That paragraph at the end...geez man. Guess I won't be eating today. LOL
There's a few interesting things in there, huh? He calls himself Jewish, and he's talking up how good he looks after making a paper based on an advertisement...he's trying to sell products. Big surprise.
And while he was a prolific writer, he certainly qualifies as a grotesque.
"thoroughly-bred"...as opposed to Gentiles
"expect speedy admission among the Levites"...LOL, what a loser.
Anyhow, that quote should be the REAL Ben Franklin post or meme.

So, I second that inquiry.
Then again, if it were true, google would either cancel the evidence or cancel Ben Franklin.

Carry On!!!
tons of satanic publications claiming it's fake is a good indicator it could be true
Sounds like a fake quote.
