Kanye West has surrendered to Jesus Christ... WOW. All glory and praise be to God the Father and or Lord Jesus Christ. He now has eyes that can see and ears that can hear. He has been given a new heart, a heart of flesh.
Watch 13:03 to 20:33: https://youtu.be/nMdYarQsC9s?t=783
26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
28 And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God. (Ezekiel 36:26-28)
We've all done sinful shit. We all lived sinful lives until we turned to Christ.
I don't know what's in Kanye's heart. All I know is he's speaking the truth in the portion of the video I'm watching. And that's good enough for me.
The hardest part of Christianity for me is how pacifist it all seems. I don't want to turn the cheek or pray for my enemies. I want to cut my enemy's head off or torture them to death. Christianity seems to teach me to bask in my own persecution and pray for my executioner while I submit to my enemies. I don't understand. Did they remove important books from the Bible? Or do I misinterpret it?
We are to prove ourselves worthy of God's kingdom. Even a total degenerate can pick up a sword to defend himself, but how many can speak the truth and be put to death in order to make a change. Not many.
Some will be martyred, and some remnant will live on.
a) nature demands adaptation (living) to constant change (process of dying).
b) acceptance (want) vs rejection (not want) ignores adaptation (need).
Temporary capability (life) within ongoing/changing way (inception towards death).
I don't like neighbors. I don't want to see them. I want to run them all out and take their land.
