lol, don't be so ridiculous.
The books are not a prediction, just a plan. Not all plans work as expected, often adjustments need to be made. It was a far reaching plan at best.
Who cares about your dismissal? you can do as you please, I give no shits. The books were written, they are available, if you cannot find them it is your own incapability.
So no plan, no books, and no prediction, because it was written after WWII in the first place. Got it.
