Michelin star restaurants are always booked solid. Fisher's place is no different. I don't think the issue is financial. They plan on continuing to run their bed and breakfast. So, it looks like he is scaling back. The fact that his sense of smell and taste hasn't return might be signs that he may be dealing with other health issues. Possibly worsening health issues if he is vaccinated.
