One possible explanation could be that there's some infighting going on inside Russia as well. That there are globalist forces inside it as well and that Putin can push things towards certain direction, but he can't sever all ties with them immediately. Hmm, I'm not sure about this theory, but that would at least explain why they are still participating in so many globalist projects...

Looks like NATO subverted only itself in attempt to create demand for new weapons by its members. Being commercial organization with a main goal of making profit by forcing sales of insanely overpriced and insanely ineffective weapons nobody else will buy to member states, NATO did some progress in sales in exchange to facing disassembly.
NATO had to accept Russia as full member and drop its obsession on making profits on selling "NATO standard weapons" when it was possible. But stupid NATO top managers insisted on mandatory purchases of "NATO standard weapons" crap for every member.
Also, it was a chance of slow rotting, but NATO for some, again, completely insane reason, began to supply Ukraine with NATO-made weapons for use in real battles. Now all world laugh on all that Javelins, Stingers, Switchbales, HIMARSes, M777s, IRISes, NASAMSes or whatever next wunderwaffe they sending to frontlines. That ruins NATO image with same efficiency as NATO obsession with all that diversity and tolerance crap.
