The flat Earth model doesn't explain why the sun sets. The flat earth model says the sun just hovers around different parts of the earth. Meaning it should just get smaller OVER the horizon, not set nor rise from the horizon.

I'm fairly open minded. I remain unconvinced the earth is flat.
