It's a different logo on screenshot, and the name is "Fruit of the Loin".
As far as I understand, there is some legal issues with trademarks in movies, that is why there is "Morley" cigarettes in X-Files instead of "Marlboro", or strange drinks, removed or covered car brand logos and so on.
So, it could be just another nonexistent brand used in movie, that made look similar to known one. Another fruit set and cornucopia added along with changed name is what was necessary to avoid legal issues.
PS: Never even heard about that brand at all, and so have no any memories with or without cornucopia. So, I'm a perfect "control group" for that case. :)
This is exactly how the mandela effect works. It doesn’t get rid of all of the references, just the actual thing itself. Knock offs like this are a great indicator that there was a cornucopia, not that there wasn’t.
Interesting. So theoretically you could still find traces of a thing as it used to be by looking for it's footprint and then checking things that referenced it.
The above cornucopia pic would be a good example.
Perhaps there is a song with Berenstain Bears in it, where the word itself is changed (post Mandela) when it is sung, but the song rhymes with Berenstein, not Berenstain.
Everyone remembering Luke I am your father would be written off. However, you can still find video of people saying it. What year did people start saying, "No, I am your father." If there was legitimate confusion, then there should be a comparable number of quotes going all the way back to the release of "Empire".
Another example is the line "I see white people" from Scary Movie. It is now, "I see dead people". The footprint is that "I see dead people" is really kind of awkward. It arguably doesn't fit with the humor of the scene.
Good catch though even this would seem to confirm it's the cornucopia version since they would be replicating. Fwiw I also seem to remember the one with cornucopia.
South Park has Happy Tarts instead of Pop Tarts
i think that "mandela effects" are things that ACTUALLY DID HAPPEN or were things how they WERE and then companies or other people slowly started to get memory holed and everyone forgot about what it USED to be or it did exist. then you are the one who is called crazy because "it was never like that"
sorry...it was always the berenstein bears.
"Mandela effect" was a test in gaslighting to see if running media articles could get people to change their memories and recollect something that is false.
For some, it can.
for SOME? for most. if not all. and people will follow w/e the mainstream is because they dont want to feel out of place or something. people are weird
They tested with Mandela, Berenstein and Fruitotheloom and when it succeeded they went live with the 1619 history reboot.
The mandela effect alters originals. Look into Bible mandela effects.
I swear there was a cornucopia, in fact I'm shocked to learn there wasn't?
Honestly I remember seeing it both ways growing up
i disagree completely with all the things we 'THOUGHT" were there the whole time were, in fact, NEVER there or the thing NEVER was named. and we are all just remembering differently. that's what they want you to think
