IIRC (and I'm too lazy too look it up), Roger Waters originally came out in support of Ukraine and against "Russian aggression".After hearing him be so on point about Palestine and Israeli crimes, I was so disappointed. I even thought he might just have been a plant all along.
Looks like he got hip to the real situation in Ukraine and got back on track. I think it goes to show you should never bite down too hard too quick because deception is everywhere and none of us are immune, although I think we can see that the vast majority live their lives as if they were.
Yes, you are spot on. I was annoyed in the exact same way. Still a bit unhappy all the time has passed and he finally does the circle about, but to be fair, he just didn't dig in the right areas until recently, which also can make sense.
I let him off the hook after seeing this.
