Uhm I am gonna say false. Switzerland has 5G, a simple Google will showcase a heap of providers in both 2021 and 2022, and areas covered, and plenty of startups promising 100% national coverage by 2025. Many of these are Swiss telecoms.

Are the above companies bust. No. Has regulation completely halted it nationally? Or in certain areas? Why are they still advertising it? I am not Swiss but some of those hits are current 2022 advertising, also potential coverage, future advertising.
Switzerland is famous for its neutrality. It has that luxury because of how difficult it would be to invade such mountainous terrain. Doing so would be a hell of a lot easier if you could remote control drones through a 5G wireless network.
