I'm sorry, am I to take this seriously? I literally would believe clone soldiers exist, before I would believe any agency of the Russian government would make the above statement, that leads into the quote about clone soldiers.

Honestly it wouldn't even surprise me considering all of the experiments that we know about ie what is readily available public info, there is always something worse being done in the shadows, so think about what could be even worse than trying to grow human-pig hybrid embryos and so on, genetically engineered soldiers isn't even all that wild.
If I were evil supervillain I'd gather aborted fetuses and make a clone army from them to kill you with the ghosts of your own dead children.

Just a segway; what if the reason for the destruction of the US armed forces (high heels, jabs and purple hair) is because "they" do have a clone army so to speak and no longer need the current military. Interesting.
