At least there's some truth in that, if you run too extensively

I mean yeah, if you haven't moved a muscle for a year and suddenly sprint until your body gives out, it could risk heart issues.

But its not like going for a jog and not destroying yourself in exercise will cause you to keel over.

Experts say "wingnut conspiracy sites" (create "sticky thought") can be bad for the heart. Moreso the goon squads in party vans that visit, but you know....now for why it's a good thing....hang on, my notes are here somewhere...

2022 comes along

Drinking tea now makes your blood turn into corn syrup

Coffee has always been poison.

A cup of fucking coffee from time to time isn't going to kill you.

Retards who drink ten cups a day probably are destroying their bodies but moderation is king.

True. However coffee addiction can come from just one cup a day.

Maybe for the weak minded I suppose? Granted that's most people nowadays.

I think a lot of people nowadays are overworked and undersatisfied, the only thing keeping them going is stupendous amounts of caffine because they've just been crushed as human beings.

I don't drink coffee personally (maybe twice a year?), but I do like a tea in the morning.

No, I don't remember as coffee has always given you more stress. That's not a new thing. Coffee doesn't give you energy. It stresses you out.
