At least there's some truth in that, if you run too extensively
I mean yeah, if you haven't moved a muscle for a year and suddenly sprint until your body gives out, it could risk heart issues.
But its not like going for a jog and not destroying yourself in exercise will cause you to keel over.
Also if you're vaccinated and do a bunch of daily cardio.
