Do you need to even drain its water supply?
The place is a PERFECT place to place a nuke on during WW3.
Note that it's not an economic epicenter of the NWO and can be safely disposed of.
It was a nuclear testing site and if you nuke it you literally tell the world "the party is over."
I've been saying this since 2013 when it had its last draw down. They've built an underground access tunnel to Vegas so they can suck it dry
the tunnel that is referenced is further highlighted here:
it basically says the exact opposite as OP - the tunnel is used to supply Las Vegas, not steal it from Las Vegas.
