There is electromagnetic healing ... There are specific frequencies and locations on the body to kill certain diseases or disorders etc.
For example, tinnitus can be resolved either by laying on a bed. Or using a helmet with the frequencies.
I haven't heard about the body parts having a frequency.

Since our brain and heart emit an electromagnetic field, then this makes sense.
Tonal frequencies do have benefits for us.
