My ExHusband was born in Senegal. His birth certificate was hand written in pen, dated a few months after his birth. He got it wet, and last I knew it was no longer valid.
That's completely different than how we do things in America. Here no one knew how to work with that, not even the embassy.
Trust; faith; belief; submission etc. all represents choice (consent) to choice (suggestion) contract law. Anyone using these terms utilizes suggestion to tempt you to ignore your choice (the response-ability within natural law).
I have a theory about this. It's taking advantage of how many immigrants are from these countries. If this gets normalized back home, they'll talk it up where they live now.

There is a big difference in education in some African countries. I can only think to compare it to the Indian caste system.
