Looks funny, but I get the impression that the building was poorly constructed and kinda just fell away when some part of it was hit by whatever. I can't see an inch of rebar or seismic reinforcement anywhere.

So there's your silver lining, Ukrainians: a bunch of poorly constructed cities are going to be rebuilt from the ground up. It remains to be determined whether it will be courtesy the US taxpayer or the Russian one. That said, I think we can all agree it would have been better had it not come to this.

I survived an F5 tornado that killed 3 of my neighbors and saw all kinds of wild shit like this the next day.

A 2.1 earthquake messes up my plates sometimes in California. That's some amazing technology they have other there in Ukraine. They should sell it so they won't need any more handouts.
