The University of Washington information technology department released an "inclusive language guide" that lists a number of "problematic words" that are "racist," "sexist," "ageist," or "homophobic,"
According to the guide, words such as "grandfather," "housekeeping," "minority," "ninja," and "lame" are considered "problematic words."
A Lake Superior State University in Michigan has also compiled a list of banished words to "uphold, protect, and support excellence in language".
Banned phrases include, "wait, what?", "no worries", "at the end of the day", "asking for a friend" and "you're on mute."

From the sound perspective...changing frequency of adaptation to perceived sound, can be shaped in accordance to resonance (need) or dissonance (want) to sound. The parasitic few likely use a resonating frequency to make songs "catchy"; hence breaking music down to very short; repetitive shapes; while adding dissonance to it (changes of frequency; suggested symbolism; idolatry and revisionist rhetoric for deception).
So you resonate with a repetitive frequency of an "earworm"; while the rest of the song is tempting you with dissonance. You can also see this with churches and temples...perceivable beauty to lure towards suggested ugliness. Same with the parasitic few utilizing ancient architecture for prisons; asylums; post-offices; government structures; military infrastructure etc. They can only suggest (want) withing perceivable (need); the can only suggest imbalance (want vs not want) from within balance (need/want). These "catchy tunes" utilize a sliver of resonance with the original sound to get you hooked on the dissonant rest of it. The more one resonates with the perceived sound; the less one is tempted by the suggested songs; noises; frequencies; vibrations; dissonance suggested by others.
