Any thoughts on it? Have felt prone to it, and thought it was maybe psychological. Recovering from covid last month, a mild case, but definitely lingering low energy.

Iodine helped my chronic fatigue too when nothing else did.
How much did you take?
Thanx! How long did it take to notice improvement? I have used Lugols 2% but used more drops, did not notice anything but I only tried it for a few days.
Except it can make you hyperthyroid. So it’s good to get a simple baseline thyroid hormone test as part of a regular checkup with your primary care so you can monitor. Most people, though, you’re right—will benefit from a little supplemental iodine daily. Lugol’s is very good.
How much did you take?
Someone once told me they suffered from this, before Covid, and they were diagnosed with low T.
You men eat estrogen every time you take a shower. You must use real soap. Things like "body wash" and "shower gel" are called these things because they are not soap and legally cannot be labeled as such. They are very often syndets. Synthetic Detergent. The chemicals used in these concoctions are consumed through your skin and metabolized as xenoestrogens. Xeno = foreign, a foreign source of estrogen. Use real soap and lotion!
And I'm sure we're all aware of phytoestrogens, plant-based estrogens in our foods, like soy.
Really nothing in the stores. If you can't find someone locally making soap, try Natural Soap Wholesale dot com. Real soap doesn't have to mean bars, either. This site has liquid soap, too, that lathers better than standard castille.
Exercise more. Eat better. Go outside. Change something about your lifestyle and report back.
You could try laying in bed all day, but those experiments are on-going and have yet to yield conclusive results.
Look for biotin, the pure stuff.
I mean, like 99% pure powder.
Also, CLEANSE.
Get that ivermectin and figure out all the wonderful ways you can use it.
There's a telegram channel on cleansing -- some very good ideas: https://t.me/Alexia_IcenhowerPosts

I've had to deal with it, too. Pre-covid.
take vitamin b12, d3, and zinc. you may have deficiencies to the brain of those. they helped me tremendously
Go to a Holistic hospital if you can and try to figure out what's going on. I've had family members get chronic conditions like diabetes and autoimmune disease effectively reversed through natural means, though I would have to speak to them to get specifics. You may find the cure is as simple as altering your diet, or exposure to certain substances.
Been there, done that. 1 year ago when everyone was going full covid hypochondria, afraid of getting ill, afraid of living and breathing fresh air, I made a decision, which was the best ever : I decided to skip sodas, snacks and sweets altogether, eat much more healthy, and most importantly, I exercise every day except Sunday. (Every second day weight training for 90 minutes, and cardio/running for 60m in between those days)
I'm in my mid-40's and now my physique is like when I was 28. I sleep better, feel better, look better, and I'm....fit to fight against whatever comes! Try it! Remake your life for a better stronger you, while the world around you is pissing their pants of the thought of catching a cold.
Just my thoughts....
Try getting more exercise, ironically.
B1 and B vitamins as well, b1 is low in many peeps and is needed for proper nerve function and repair. High dose b1 can help with nerve pain.
Curcumin for back pain.
St. John's Wort (Happy Camper, St John's Force) for depression.
5-htp for brain health.
Deep Sleep by Herbs Etc. for restorative healing rest.
Black Seed Oil cures everything except death.
Gymnema Silvestre is known as the "sugar destroyer" in Ayurveda medicine, and is nature's metformin.
Check your thyroid levels. TSH T3 T4
I was diagnosed with it a couple decades ago. Turns out my thyroid is barely functional die to Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Once I started taking dessicated thyroid and got my hormones up to normal, the chronic fatigue sysmptoms went away.
White Vein kratom, low dose.
it's just poor diet and being malnourished
eat grassfed beat and calfs liver. you will feel 20 years younger
I would also try a good b vitamin supplement, especially including b1. B1 is low in a lot of peeps already and illness depletes it further. Although b1 exists in meat, the now common process of irradiating meat to kill germs also destroys a lot of the b1 which is weak to all forms of radiation.
I was crawling on the floor disabled with chronic fatigue syndrome. I had it for years, nothing to do with covid or flu. Long story short I had an infection in the bone called a cavitation making me sick. I also had 1 root canal tooth. Honestly if you got any root canal teeth or ever had an abscess, these infections never go away without surgery. Anyway I'm fit and healthy now. Most people with long term cfs never get better because they never find the cause.
How did you find out about the bone cavitation?
You mean how did I find out I had one? Basically it showed up on an MRI scan of my face. But they can show up on x-ray too.
Ok thanx so there was no pain or anything?
I had lymph node pain in my neck, but no pain where the actual problem was.
Ok thanx good to know.
Had very mild case of covid twice (2 years apart) fatigue lasted 4-6 weeks. If you’re very healthy I would just wait a little longer and you should start feeling back to normal soon. If you can improve your diet, exercise etc then that could help speed things up
Good info and suggestions! Thanks
Fuck off back to reddit normy faggot.
