I have tried in the past and I was ridiculed, from the very ppl I wanted to help see things how I think they really are, a different what from how they see it...
This is why some ppl suffer from a certain type of non medical depression, aka depressive realism.
My only "therapy" is venting here with you... and sharing what I notice, rationally, objectively.
I’m actually anti-vax, never gotten a single shot in my life and my kids are purebloods too. We have lost friends and family who have ridiculed us, told me I was a bad parent, etc. I’m done trying. You can’t fix these people.
Instead of venting about what others suggest; grow yourself within what they ignore; while staying clear of the parasites exploiting them with suggestions.
You grew out of the suggestions that lured you into ignorance...now keep growing; which will clear your mind even further. Others have to choose this growth each on their own.
The last info I saw is they did not know what was causing the pain so they were probably just trying things to see if it worked. Still no news on the cause though.
