I looked into this earlobe thing a while back and what I noticed was that officially release publicity shots have the normal looking lobes and the rest had the goofy lobes. I suspect that official photos are simply photoshopped to make him look better. In this world of instagram makeovers, it would be more surprising if they didn't tidy up some photos than if they did.
Also note that Hunter looks more like the man on the left
Drugs, botox, and dementia. When my grandpa got dementia, his wrinkles went away and his face quicky morphed into a smoother, childlike face after only about 3-5 years.
But yeah, this body-double, clone, android type shit is possible too.

I've been thinking body double but they did really well on his voice, no idea how they do that. IIRC the og had some kind of brain injury/trauma in the first decade of the 2000s where the mortality rate was not good, but unfortunately I don't save anything so I have no source on that. But like other celebrities/spokespeople, "they" invested too much into the Biden brand to let his character die.
Show this to any six year old and ask if these two men are the same person. Report back here, please.
I think the DS puts people in power who were born as twins, Biden 2.0 probably spent most of his life in a brainwashing care home, which is why he's more incompetent than Biden 1.0 was.
Left photo: eyebrows different, bags under eyes different, earlobes different. Right photo: matches face seen in videos, and you can't Photoshop moving videos. But there could be technology for it. I'll say left photo is not Biden. But then, WTF?

Yes, and their use of fake WH sets with fake windows and fake Oval Office lighting says they are deep into visual fraud, so there's real likelihood they've been covering for Biden medical issues.
Remember when there were photos showing closeups of his arm at a press conference and there was a drug port in his arm. If something reaches the stage where that is needed, you know there's a big problem.

It is astonishing that people seem to think there won't be physical differences between a 67 year old and a 79 year old. Aging obviously isn't a thing so the logical answer is some sort of technology that has no proof of existing. I guess maybe a body double could be involved, but it's a really good body double.
