Strange as each continent has great details that are accurate to the region. I cant imagine being able to free form draw north America and have it look decent. Although yes typical sea monsters in the ocean on this map but the additional land masses show representations of normal animals on a larger scale aka condor carrying elephant. Considering this was the pre industrial age this was what then? Gathered and created from many maps?
