If you recall, G-TV host, Lude, claimed there were actually 3 laptops leaked from China through Guo's contacts. One was the infamous laptop we all know about, the second was data from Li Meng Yan showing the science behind here bioweapon claims, and the third (and most important) listed all of Xi Jinpings financial holdings in the USA.
Xi, and the Chinese government, are extremely motivated to discredit anything associated with Guo - Bannon, Trump, Guiliani, the laptops, etc.
Any anti-Gettr propaganda you have been seeing following the Rogan-Malone interview, I suspect, is in many ways driven and financed by Chinese interests.

Not saying this will be perfect, they won't be able to get all the bot accounts, and they may accidentally ban non-bot accounts thinking they are bots. But the enemies in this info war are using bots and forum-sliding paired with narratives and bait like "huwhite supremacy" and other goofy things to annihilate open discussion and debate.
That said, I think Bannon needs to be more careful and not lend credence to the concept of hate speech, because it doesn't exist really. Yea obviously people speak with hate all the time. But "Hate Speech TM" doesn't exist, it's just speech that whoever has the biggest boot or gun declares is hate speech.
