I do think it's safe to say that the COVID situation is escalating, in general. Now, we can add Stasi-style executions to the list.
It's not 100% clear what the goal is, because we don't fully understand what's in the shots or the long-term effects. I think they're aiming for depopulation, civil war, mass mind control, or some combination thereof.
