Really they mandated vaxx for some professions, but delegate mandating to organizations where employees work to make a look that they are not in charge, and it's employers who mandate. In any case most just ignore it or bribe doctors/fake certificates.

Few days ago Lukashenko literally curse out his health top bureaucrats for trying to implement mask mandates in Belarus, he said on camera something like "You entering my office without masks and talk to me, you all now without muzzles talking to me, why should our citizens wear that dumb and useless muzzles anywhere?". However, there still exists vaccination propaganda in Belarus for some extent. But no any vaxx mandates. May be if there will be more vaxx side effects or no any real benefit from vaxxing in Belarus, Lukashenko will cut that shit too. IDK, he is definitely not an example of good and clever president who really care about citizens and their rights, but at least he does not have billions on personal accounts in western banks and try to really resist NWO in some areas as much as his intellect allows. And as a result, without any lockdowns, muzzles, hysteria and vaxx madness, Belarus have one of lowest cases in Europe, and few times less deaths per 10000 than servile Russia.

And may be you will find that Kamchatka crab meat is not a superexpensive delicacy on the East.
