Is anyone else having a much harder time with search engines and algorithms recently?

Every Search is a fucking hassle to find what im looking for, much more than even 2020. it seems like the point is to make it as frustrating as possible.

In my experience, aside from what all ready know in regards to censorship and promoting "authoritative" sources.

Most searches are for recent results and few search engines offer a date setting (and it's programmed pretty poorly in terms of setting the date).
Often times you'll get repeat results over and over and over. Here's an example. Take note of the results on the first two pages and then go to through next few pages. An easy tell is that the huffpo article about "Darkest Days" is the top result in the next page multiple times.
