No, but can you tell me how to interpret this one?
Something like "Some goo could be used to deliver new living cells into your spine to replace weared ones. We get that goo, added graphene oxide and that hybrid goo become slightly better for living cells. Graphene oxide potentially could make goo better".
Nothing about real effictiveness of graphene oxide, no control experiment, no comparison of hybrid goo with other (may be much better) gooes, no replication by another scientists. As usual in modern biomedical papers.
And of course, nothing about tracking or using graphene oxide treated goo in vaccines.
Methods and systems of prioritizing treatments, vaccination, testing and/or activities while protecting the privacy of individuals
And how that dumb patent on yet another covid tracking app for smartphone is connected with graphene oxide?
You claim "graphene is not very interesting" and I show you why it is.
You show exactly that is not very interesting. Insignificant changes in very narrow application without any comparison with other substances that potentially could give more noticeable effect. They try to find any application for that fancy graphene over 30 years, applying it to everything but without any real success. If you take a random substance, say, SiO2 AKA silicone dioxide AKA usual sand and for over 30 years will try to mix it with everything you have around, you will definitely find that sometimes it gives small positive result. You don't publish papers about failures, but when you eventually find a small positive effect you publish a paper. Who knows, may be small grains of sand will give better results in above application, since their goo will stuck all around them, not only in one plane as it do with graphene. But they don't check that at all. Does that make sand or, to make it sound more nifty - cool silicone dioxide substance interesting? Absolutely not.
You claim "why would trackers be in vaccines" and I show you why it is.
If you read the patent you bring here, you will find that it is not about tracking of vaccinated - they propose to use tracking app to find who should be primary target for vaccination. Completely opposite intent, isn't it?
Slap a return label on your forehead and return yourself back to Moscow's Bot Shop.
You even don't know that there is no Moscow Bot Shop in Russia, they have Bot Shop in Lakhta. Moscow is very expensive city. Salaries in Moscow are much higher than in regions, so they choose a place where they could find a lot of employees for cheap and stole most tax money assigned to Bot Shop. And finally, how do you know that all that "magical graphene" garbage is not pushed by that Lakhta Bot Shop to scare ones who does not get scared with coronahoax?
Nice :) Did you read that article?
