The only insurrection was the one that happened from 2017 to 2020. It was called the Russian Collusion Hoax.

Depends. If a political party does it, probably not. When they involve every intelligence agency, media outlet and law enforcement agency, it starts to look a lot like it.

I don't think that qualifies, but it would certainly qualify in the eyes of the Deep State if anti-globalists did this. They don't play fairly.

YES it's called 'seditious conspiracy"

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2384

I don't think it meets those thresholds, as they all involve the use of force.

Yes.

Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other. -John Adams

Though I will continue shouting that ultimately all our problems are spiritual until I turn blue in the face. Mankind is fallen, and in desperate need of a savior.

Romans 5:10 "For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life."

1 Peter 3:18 "For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: "

1 John 2:2 "And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world."
