That's complete bullshit. Most Russians (even those who believe in coronahoax) does not give a fuck to a vaccination. Russia have one of the lowest vaccination rate. If somebody who don't want to get a jab, but need a jab record for employer or other stuff, could easily find a nurse who will fake the jab for some money. There are no any need to bother with prostetic hands at all.
In some towns, like Moscow, QR codes as vaccination passports was inmplemented for access to bars, restaurants and other places, but somehow mayors and governors quickly repeal that shit, since most of them have bribes from that businesses.
Also. there is a law, that police and other 3letter agencies employees health condition fall under state secret and in no case that info should be in access of third-parties. This law was issued when some journalists and conspiracy theorists find out that a good pile of employees and officials of 3letter agencies from top to bottom have helath issues, including psychiatric, that does not allow them to serve according to the laws. So, after implementing QR codes all 3letter personnel lost access to the bars and restaraunts, since medical authorities literally faced jail for issuing QR codes for that protected caste. :)
Russian vaxx have no certification in EU and Northen America, because Russian (hm, they actually all Jewish) vaccine developers can't or don't want to provide raw vaccine trial data.
They have been talking in the background for over a year now how people faking passports is why we will need something more like a quantum dot tattoo...not only is obtaining fake papers empowering the beast by complying to it, it is also ushering in worse tyranny.
Don't get me wrong, even if no one faked it they will still say people are forging them in order to further their agenda.

Let's not be too harsh on those of us who are afraid of societal, financial and legal trouble due to non-compliance. It is basic survival instict. Just like those of us who believe the pandemic scare - they are trying to survive the way they think most likely to achieve that, by wearing masks, staying home etc. We are all suffering, in different ways. As you are suffering that other people are not standing up for themselves, pain comes in many forms. Let's build each other up. Stay strong, friends.
