Not doubting the possible conspiracy, but there really isn’t a uniform rate of fire for a bump stock. Different designs have different distances of “bump” travel, which generate different RPMs.
I still think it sounds like a crank fire. The RPMs change at some points in the middle of shooting.

it depends on the type of bump stock used, the round being fired, and the gun.
it also depends on how hard you are pulling the gun into your trigger finger.
all of these factors will generate different rates of fire.
