Humanity infused with machines and still get Covid despite having their hearts replace with a machine and microchipped, same with arms (because street cameras just randomly detect cases)
Masks and Social Distancing remain as a new normal and even if you are vaxed twice and have 70% of your body replaced with machines, and mass in-person gatherings are effectively elinimated
Lockdowns occur once every month and last for 2 weeks times 10
Elite covers up by "dying to Covid Zeta" (Actually hid in Antarctica)
Due to having "no more government" and having no more humanity in them, the masses go completely insane after a 30-year scamdemic, basically becoming feral cannibals that kill and eat their own. People will no longer be able to sustain themselves without preying on humans.
