Just a thought, though, OP: There are various small groups of elites in conflict with each other, manipulating the masses back and forth. It's why sometimes, the "good guys" win...because the group of elites you're ideologically inclined through natural inclination or propaganda to support, triumph over the other competing groups of elites.
The Iron Law of Oligarchy is in play here. No such 3rd way exists, unless we are talking about a national divorce and devolution of power to more local units of governance where you can make yourself an elite. In which case supra-national entities are more powerful than they should be because of the tragedy of the commons.
The past century of Soviet Russia, Nazi Germany, Mao Zedong, Pol Pot or Rwanda 1994 (all essentially unopposed Illuminati successes) displays that there is more to come.

Suggestion offered meets consent given. Example wealth...highest value within ALL equals ONEs choice of evaluation. Suggest a substitute (money) and the majority consents to ignore evaluation for suggested value. That simple.
What else will we do with our thoughts?
Do we think in words as the definitions for what we think about? Does nature communicate itself through words to us? Do suggested words require consent from us to believe them; to mimic them; to utilize them to describe a world that does not describe itself through words?
The problem seems to be that we play the game
Game equals outcome oriented (price); life equals balance oriented (responsibility over choice). Who's suggesting us to play along towards progress and are we consenting by following them? What if we already represent the price (access to the highest value of evaluation)?
Fear is the prominent emotion in everyone these days.
Life "moves" from inception towards death; emotion (to move from) represents to ignore being moved from beginning towards end; hence lack of comprehension towards balance (life), which causes fear towards outcome (death).
Unite.
Being moved represents being form within flow; which represents being segregated through ALL flow (potentiality) into ONE form (potential) aka motion causing momentum (balance within motion).
Two choices to balance as form within flow...adherence (need) aka resisting the velocity of flow through adaptation (self sustenance; growth); or ignorance (want) aka falling for the temptation of velocity (self destruction; loss).
Growth of potential (choice of need over want) represents the increase of potential that will attract other potential; hence unity. Each ONE (form) need to adhere by free will of choice to ALL (flow) to reestablish the unity that flow segregated.
Uniting under a suggested idol (deities; leaders; symbols; flags; ideas etc.) does not represent unity of potential; it represents collective ignorance and it's being utilized by our parasites (as the chain of command under false authority) to hide individual responsibility towards the consequences of ignorance. Those who scream "we must come together" the loudest will be the first shirking his responsibilities over self onto the resulting group.
Build bridges
You can't reach others by building towards them; you need to increase your own potential; which will spread your ecosystem and unite with those who do the same aka ONEs choice of adherence to ALL.

All shapes are within the world; we need to adhere to the world to bring them forward through us aka ONE represents a vessel of ALL. Energy represents the source of ALL information; flow represents it's potentiality in motion (loss); while form represents it's potential within momentum (growth). Growth/loss together represent the function of self sustenance for the source of ALL information (energy).
Don't shape in accordance with your wants; adhere to your needs of self sustenance and fertilize the land around you; which will inspire growth of form within the loss of flow.

And find people who are equally committed to excellence.
You'll attract them. Increase within self increases the fruits of ones labors; which cause the need for shared sustenance thereof. If you plant a seed into soil it will grow and attract life. As form you represent the seed of flow with the choice between growth(need) and loss (want).
