I don't know if it can be called correctly "capitalism" when state with cooperation with big monopolists really control majority of economy and usurps the law to crush smaller businesses. In USA (and not only in USA) there is already almost no difference between corporate and state elites. Moreover system where it happens so and all citizens are brainwashed that it is for their common good has a name:
