In fact, one of the most well documented, multiple witness ( all reporting exactly the same thing ) UFO reports is from Africa, and I believe it's Kenya. 30+ students and teachers and a few teachers aides reported a massive UFO actually landing not far from their location. They, all of them, said little grey men came out and walked around for a bit.

There has been a heap of UFO spottings in Africa. There are entire African tribes claiming to have extraterrestrial origin and visitation. Like Aborigine tribes seeing UFOs and having visitations. Like India and Latin America and China.

There are an incredible amount of supposed sightings where there is technology. But this isn't always the case either with Native American Indians, Aborigines, Africans, Latin Americans, Indians, etc etc. Plenty more throughout history.
