I listened to that video carefully and he just implies that people are more inclined to wear masks during the big flu seasons.
He has to dream a bit more if he thinks he can vaccinate 100% or 99% of Americans though. Not all people are sheep.
He said that "people are more inclined to wear masks during flu season", not "permanent mask wearing".
Can't say the same if somehow the WHO continues spinning mutant virus scares through this decade, though.

Had the propaganda been spun just a little differently to “patriots,”
They would think that masks are a great way of protecting your identity from the deep state and retaining some level of anonymity.
Then conservatives would have been fighting to wear their masks forever.
They fumbled the ball and missed an opportunity.
Na we saw through this when 2 weeks to flatten the curve turned into a year of unproven measures which has absolutely no impact on the spread of covid.
The left was chomping at the bit waiting for all powerful government to tell them what to do.
