I actually think that he'd get the nomination if he ran as a Republican in the primaries. The dems would cheat again in the general election, but without covid as cover, they may not be able to pull it off a second time.
That said, that he won in 2016 was a fluke. The Dems believed their own polls and didn't ramp up the cheating machine. They stopped counting in the middle of the night then, too, but didn't have everything in place to find more votes.
