No. As I see it from outside, any officially accepted proof of election fraud will delegitimate all US rethoric about election frauds in other countries. US will lose credibility at least in that sphere.
Since US often use election fraud as excuse for intervention into politics of other countries, it is unacceptable for TPTB who use US as a world brutal force.
Trump is one of rare US presidents who did not start a single war. I think this was one of his "faults" they hate him. And they definitely would not excuse anybody who will forever take away one of the important reasons to start the wars.
So no authority/government bureaucrat will ever admit a possibility that there was election fraud in US. That is why all courts was lost. Judges just want to have some future.
That's my shower thought. If I was the GOP nominee in 2024, I'd identify County Clerks in rural portions of swing states to do their own pump and dump of ballots.
Believe it or not, this was one of the ways that downstate rural Illinois was able to negate the dead voting in Chicago. Daley did a better job of it in 1960, and stole the election for JFK over Nixon.
The only options I read were the Foreign Interference Act..I read he invoked this around Dec 4th. Only option if pence was to refuse to hear the American people’s concerns on the integrity of the elections and betray the people.

He turns goes against the deep state, they turn up the heat on an investigation into his money laundering and such. If he plays nice, after a period of time, it will be announced that a "thorough investigation" revealed no wrongdoing.
If Trump does anything at this point, I believe it will be to declassify and publically release material that will invariably lead to Biden having to step down and Kamela taking over, which would actually be worse. Catch-22.
