These fouled ballots went into a pile for adjudication and was then sent electronically over the internet to another country where they were "adjudicated" which in Dominion Manuals and via videos found online means they could be limitlessly manipulated.

This was a forensic audit of 22 Dominion ballot machines from one county in Michigan. They used the same system as the rest of the Dominion controlled states and counties. The point is to show the machine itself was causing all the imbalances in the totals instead of local officials excuse of "human error". It's official audit, it was court ordered, and has since been put under a non-disclosure order to keep the findings quiet, although the team has simply leaked it from some other state presumably.

He has also filed an affidavit about voter turnout numbers, in which he mistakenly attributed precincts in Minnesota to being in Michigan. And another which had wildly inflated voter turnout rates which he could not provide a source for when pressed and ultimately re-filed with much lower numbers.
And he's run for political office in the past, which makes my bias-sense tingle.
At best he's a sloppy researcher, at worst a fraud himself. I definitely want to see more hard data before drawing any conclusions from this report.
