Well there was a temporal association of his enlarged heart with vaccination, and nothing before. All indication is that he stopped heavy drug use decades ago, and now was likely on a maintenance dose of methadone (he was an ex heroin addict) a couple other prescriptions and smoked marijuana. Unless you have clear evidence that the drug combination in those amounts causes an enlarged heart then yes the vaccine is far and away the most likely culprit.

We know that the COVID vaccine can cause a heart to double in size and then kill you. This can happen in as little as 5 days after injection.
