Don't worry about being on a list. You're already on it just by having a smart phone, or having gmail, or not having a vpn, etc.

The statement itself may be true, but there is no evidence Mel ever said that

Yeah he was the cripple married to Eleanor Roosevelt. Also Eleanor bears a strange resemblance to the communist mind control handler Eleanor in the original Manchurian Candidate film.

I'm sensing some triggered tranny vibes over here, is everything alright?

Yes PubMed is a database, and you posted one study which wasn't about water fasts, it was a Buchinger fast.

Going a week on just water is doable for 99% of non-diabetics

As I just explained that study was not water only.

Database? You mean that one study? Turns out it is not a water fast, it is a juice / vegetable fast so we are talking about different things.

According to the Buchinger method, fasters should avoid all solid foods, ingesting only vegetable broth, tea, juices and water.

I have no doubt it is easier to make it longer when you consume juices and vegetable stews (your study sad (200-250kcal per day), that will prevent electrolyte deficiencies.

They also mention adverse events, but I can't look into those since it is only the abstract. It is also a study by the Buchinger people so should be held to more scrutiny.

Conflict of interest statement FWT is member of the Directory Board of the Buchinger Wilhelmi Clinic (BWC), where the study was performed.

Long story short, you didn't prove the concerns about water fast safety for beginners wrong.

Can be dangerous yes I still believe so. Never said universally dangerous, learn some reading comprehension.

Thanks for re-explaining glucose depletion which was never in question. Now buzz off.

The entire subject was ketosis, you are moving the goalposts and just want to argue. See ya cunt.

He glows. He goes after people who are critical of Israel, he tried to get Adam Green banned from Twitter for calling out Israeli power in the USA. He also has ties to intelligence if I recall.

You can probably find one of Adam Green's videos about him on Youtube. Nick Fuentes also did a pretty good vid on Jack and how much he glows.

Or better yet Matthew North had some good stuff that sometimes included Jack, if any of his videos are still around (Youtube deleted him and he disappeared).

The metabolic switch typically occurs between 12 to 36 hours after cessation of food consumption depending on the liver glycogen content at the beginning of the fast, and on the amount of the individual’s energy expenditure/exercise during the fast.>

That agrees with me. Try reading my comment over again.

I've seen data showing ketosis shoots up and stays elevated by 24 hours in most people, so for someone fat adapted it could be as low as 12, which is what your paper is indicating. So from the 24-48 hour period that is over 24 hours of strong ketosis. If you break fast with a keto meal you will still be in ketosis.

No need for a 3 day or more fast for that.

You cited a second paper, that's nice but were you trying to make a point with it?

two days is nothing

Try going in to work on Monday on your third day of a water fast and get back to me!

I've seen the charts on ketosis and there is plenty after 24 hours. If you want to deplete your glycogen faster eat low carb in the first place and exercise the day before. How fat adapted you are plays a role, that is why many doctors recommend doing regular intermittent fasting first to train your body (which I do).

The people I follow who talk about fasting say be careful doing more than 72 hours and to not do that too frequently. So I'm not just going to take your advice that "2 days is nothing" and yolo it. I need to be productive during the week and not get mineral deficient.

I dont give a fuck who said what

And that same statement applies from me to you. Both of you guys are just random internet "experts" insisting it is real no matter what ammo he used

That is an hour long documentary, where in there does it prove you must fast for at least 3 days? From everything I've read that is dangerous and unhealthy advice to any beginner into fasting.

I've seen many long discussions on the science and benefits of fasting from multiple different medical experts, and autophagy starts kicking in at 18hrs, so 18-48 hours is prime time for fasting.

If you are talking about stem cells that seems to happen later, but the benefit we are looking for here would be autophagy to clear out misfolded proteins. Here is some straight to the point information (with diagrams) from Dr Berg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vhmtoAYVRSo

As I read further autophagy can vary based on your insulin sensitivity (if you are an obese diabetic you may need to get that under control first, or it will take longer), but someone easing into fasting using intermittent fasting will be able to get into autophagy in 18-24 hours.

excuses excuses. As I said when the story first came out they blamed hallow points for the lack of blood, now that the story is he used FMJ you say that is the reason for the lack of blood or wound. It was also some self proclaimed gun expert the first time.

3
TurnToGodNow 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yep. Clots were basically unheard of in healthy people getting covid (the cold), but with the shots there are many stories of even young athletes getting them.

How these people still can't see it is beyond me, I believe it to be the strong delusion we read about in scripture.

Fasting also seems like an ideal solution for this disease. 18-48hr range would produce the most benefit from autophagy (easier said than done I know) according to Dr. Berg

1
TurnToGodNow 1 point ago +1 / -0

Btw in terms of the type of round argument, when this first came out and rumors were swirling that it was hallow points people used that as the reason for not seeing a wound. They told me I wouldn't see any wounds or blood because of hallow point bullets. And same type of deal, guy claiming to be a real gun / bullet expert. lol.

Ballistics test of .223 round against a ballistic gel head. No it didn't just disappear into the head without a trace, looks more like Grosskruetz's bicep. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5mStPxFdexs

I didn't say her head would definitely explode, but we could expect some material to be ejected, blood to come out and part of the skull blown off.

Not saying it is impossible it could be real, just saying parts of it look suspect.

They faked the Boston Bombing and Operation Northwoods plan included both real and simulated terrorist attacks / deaths so it is in the playbook.

Just saying there are a lot of weird anomalies. I couldn't find a drop of blood on those women inside the store (supposedly shot before he walked in). Then a shot almost point blank to the head no splatter or blood. I'm skeptical.

Compare that to bicep boy getting shot with an AR-15 by Kyle Rittenhouse.
