The issue, in my opinion, is that we've gone far past this kind of first-hand evidence. There was a top post the other day that was legit just a bunch of blank, unsubmitted ballots. Half of the post-December comments are crackhead legal arguments that arose on TDW and, despite being flatly rejected in court, were still promulgated because Trump and MAGA continued to push them. I just don't see any good faith arguments being posed anymore.

I totally agree both can be true. However, bear in mind how much of that "evidence" has been peddled by the same people that are now spreading easily discernable disinformation. Character evidence -- a present act that is used to prove the likelihood of a similar, past act -- is barred in court, but fortunately this isn't a courtroom.

As much as I tend to disagree with others here, I enjoy the community and the (sometimes) thoughtful discussions we can have with each other. I don't want to speculate on the future of TDW. However, we should be aware of the possibility that, if it begins to shut down or censor, many users may come here.

Although there's definitely nothing wrong with more people voicing their opinion, we should endeavor to ensure this community does not host the same violent and unlawful language that led to the situation TDW now finds itself in.

Yup. The two cops in tactical gear approaching directly behind the shot protester, without clearing any other location where a shooter could be, and ordering protesters to the ground totally didn't shoot the protester.

Even if your statement that a different LEO shot the protest -- which, again, clearly isn't supported -- was true, that still wouldn't support your tertiary claim that they were escorting a yet-unseen protester.
