Legit question from an earth-shape agnostic:
In the southern hemisphere the moon and constellations appear 'upside down' from their orientation in the northern hemisphere.
E.g. I flew from Texas to Sydney and the moon appeared exactly 180° upside down from the orientation in N.America (it was extremely creepy to witness, not that the moon isn't creepy enough).
The flat earth maps that show the moon would seem to have. N.Am and Australia more like 135° from one another. And other Northern hemisphere are also at some angular distance from one another, but the moon seems to stay in the same orientation by latitude. Is there a model that explains this?
(I'm agnostic on the subject, open to different ideas, but not sure if I will ever fully know one way or another.)
