I believe it. I just didn't think this board was big enough yet to get that kind of attention.
Sure he'd get a few genuine downvotes, but here was in the region of 10-12 extra down votes beyond what's normal. On every single post and comment. It is targeted, though my guess it's just a couple of users who have lots of alts they use for voting here, but don't make comments with (except to get enough points to downvote). We have a few users who seem to have been assigned here (or assigned themselves). No amount of banning deters them, they never contribute anything but hatred of the user base, they rarely make posts except to mock and they clearly have no interest in conspiracies whatsoever.
If you get mass downvoted like this on every post and comment you make, report it. I don't have time to go looking through every one's vote score details.

Eventually yes. No other user is currently experiencing this kind of vote manipulation that I am aware of. If it happens to you report it and I'll see if I agree. I respond to reports as best I can, though the majority of reports here are not serious, in my opinion.

Even though they may have mentioned percentages who received 2 and 3 doses, Scotland's "fully vaccinated" classification only applies to people with 3 doses or more:
As of Monday the 17th of January 2022 the definition of 'fully vaccinated' changed to include a booster, if you are eligible and had a second vaccine dose over 4 months before.
This means their "unvaccinated classification", which I'm sure they're encouraged to avoid talking about, will include many people with 2 doses, those who had their 2nd dose 4 months or more ago and not a third. And there's more and more of those every day.
Soon triple jabbers will be thrown into that category too.

You are considered unvaxxed if you have not had a booster ie shot number 3. Unvaxxed stats are full of people who've had 2 shots and perhaps even three now that they are recommending a fourth. Classifying someone with three shots as "unvaxxed" is a misuse of stats.
