"Popes" John XXIII, Paul VI, John Paul I, John Paul II, Benedict XVI and Francis are all modernist heretics who promulgate and impose the false religion invented at the Second Vatican Council, known as the Novus Ordo Religion, rather than the true Catholic Faith. Vigano's criticisms of Francis are also applicable to Francis's Novus Ordo above-named predecessors. So, while Vigano is on to something here, he still doesn't grasp the full picture. The ENTIRE Novus Ordo Religion needs to be ripped out from the root. The root is the Second Vatican Council and the formal adoption of modernist heresies that it brought about.
