I must add to your last sentence... a true awakening is realizing the joke and laughing as you either join or leave. Whichever you choose is all ok in the end.

He is just another side in the eternal tug of war called "life." He only has to activate a small percentage of people in order to keep the game going. He is entertaining to witness and a better showman than his opposition.

Sorry grahammouthcock, but you're part of the problem... you're looking for a group of people to do something when the whole point of everything going on is the motivation of the individual to accomplish something without the need to sacrifice your autonomy to a group. I can expand on that later if youd like, just thought I'd leave a comment to caution against group think because you'll never truely know the mind of another. Which opens you up for all sorts of games.

I'm going to tread lightly here... worked for a "construction" company in a big city. Long story short, it's a money laundering scheme. Anyways, had an article published in the local papers and was let in on how it works. Local "journalist" just stamp their name on it. The person its detailing is damn near always the one who writes the piece. All you gotta do is find out how much it costs for them to stamp their name on it. Dont believe me? Go pick a "journalist" and read all of their articles and pick apart their writing style. It's quite a trip and will be all over the place depending on the topics. It's not all journalists, but I'd safely assume most.

Long story short... it's all a thought experiment. A critical thinking game. Something to train and sharpen yourself for whatever reason you please and you can take it as far as you'd like, but you'll sooner or later you'll reach a point where you will ask why am I doing this? Just stay open and flow with the information, whether true or not, and test what you learn in order to unlock your true potential. I'm sure you'll all find that spirit(soul) is limitless, but the symbolism in which we use to convey this to others is not. And symbolism is anything and everything you can write, see, taste, smell, perceive, think, or do. Do not take my response as fact, go and test for yourself, however way you can, and build upon what you find to be true and then even test that. I guess one could call what I typed the wheel of samsara. I'll step off and leave it here. Have fun and enjoy the ride. :)

It's not the sources he was mentioning... he was alluding to an overall hierarchy he had to check with before releasing information. sorry I dont know which episode it was but it was a 5 second slip up on his part. But dont trust my word, go listen to the podcasts yourself. They're interesting at the very least.

Here's my 2 cents... he's an asset, but for who? I haven't a clue. He does out himself in an episode on timcast. He said he's gotta check with certain people to confirm if he can share the information so that others can use him to share information as well. Also, one does not simply walk into bohemian grove. He was invited.
