Tosapoth Jebamoth 94 discusses the politics of marrying one’s brother’s wife after his brother dies, or marrying his wife’s sister, if his wife dies. That’s it. There’s nothing about eating, or gentiles, or dogs. Not one word in all of the Tosapoth.

So, out of these four passages that supposedly showcase the "religious doctrine of Jewish supremacy" you have three outright fabrications and one half-fabrication with the rest taken out of context.
