The less time on here, the better I feel. I have learned new life skills, got in shape, read a number of books, worked on my tan, gone swimming, started eating even healthier than I was already, and I have met some awesome people in real life who I now hang out with weekly.....major change.... avoiding the internet and going outside. I have also given $1000's of dollars away and still have more money than I had when I was depressed a few months back....
So.... Yeah
